My name is Cody Henderson. I was born and raised in Washington State, and I’ve spent over half my life pushing myself through extreme sports — Motocross, MMA, and various fitness pursuits.

Growing up, I was bullied. That’s what sparked everything.
Training became more than a hobby — it became the place where I rebuilt myself. Every punch, every fall, every failure taught me something:

You’re not defined by where you start.
You’re defined by what you become after you’ve rebuilt yourself again and again.
